A new family of rods to our Single Handed Range aimed at the predator angler. These rods offer the same Cadence value for money as the rest of the range, but are designed specifically for pike fishing on the fly.
These rods have been developed for single handed fishing using heavy flies and powerful fly lines. Although their primary purpose is for pike fishing, they’re also a fantastic rod for those targeting other specimen predators and also for saltwater fly fishing too.
The length of 9ft combined with a powerful blank with plenty of power propels heavy flies to distance with accuracy, precision and with little effort. The tip has a perfect progressive action so you avoid any potential hook pulls, yet retains a steel that allows for accurate casting. The butt section has a wealth of power to help cast heavier flies and lines, but also to help subdue serious predators.
Like all our fly rods, Cadence Predator Fly Rods have been built using our unique blank technology, T-Mesh, ensuring this blank is impressively powerful, accurate, and effortless to cast.
These rods have been in development for over two years with a number of our anglers in the UK and France, with an impressive number of specimens caught by them over the testing period.
