United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland.
Crown Dependencies: Isle of Man, Channel Islands.
European Union: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Who will deliver your items?

For most orders we will delivery using UK Mail, smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail.

How long will my delivery take?

For mainland UK we aim to deliver your items within 3 – 5 working days from when your payment details are authorised.
Delivery to addresses outside the UK (when available), including Ireland and mainland Europe, will typically take 7 – 10 working days.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped you will receive an “Order Completed” email. This is your notification that your order has been processed and has been packed ready for collection on the same day. If you have supplied a mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message from UK Mail with your tracking details.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of any order by logging into your account.

What if there is a problem with delivery?

As with all mail order companies, Cadence Fishing is reliant upon third party delivery services. Whilst we endeavour to send your order to you as quick as possible, we are at the mercy of each delivery company to deliver your package to you in the time specified. We cannot be held responsible for a package that has arrived late due to an error by the courier company used. If your parcel does not arrive when you expect it to then please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us using the Contact Us page.

Local Pickup?

If you live local to the Cadence Fishing UK warehouse, you can also pick up your delivery in person.
